Dear all;
just bought my new 8120. i installed the user tool CD on my imac desk top. then tried to install it on the laptop but it wont go through. any suggestions?

If that laptop chokes on the disk, just download the Desktop Software from Blackberry.com. It's free and gives you the option of downloading the latest release. Sometimes the stuff on the disk is not the most current version.
