Default switching to bold for use with tmobile usa help

hi there,

i used to have the storm, but absolutely hated it, nothing worked. i am going back to the bold and wanted to know how to correctly unlock the phone to use with tmobile usa. i can get the unlock code, is that all i need? how would i get the internet browser to work and everything. could someone please provide detailed instructions.

After I got mine unlocked the only thing I did was change the TCP to wap.voicestream.com and left out the username and password and everything works great!

If you have been a T-Mobile customer for at least six months and your payments are current, they could unlock it for you. If not, these folks, for a nominal change will treat you very well:

Keep in mind that the Bold will be EDGE only on T-Mo. The 3G freqs are not compatible. Also, I doubt that T-Mo will be able to give you a free unlock code since they don't sell or support the Bold.

there is thread about how to get full Browser for T-mo USA user..!!!!
you pretty much have to do it... for you to set up your own email account.. and for the browser to work..!!
