Default bluetooth connection problem

hi,i am tryng to connect my phone via bluetooth to desktop manager 4.6 and i am using XP service pack 3.when i turn on the bluetooth support and click add device in desktop manger it is asking me to verify that my phone is connected to the computer,but my phone is connected to the computer.can anyone help me how to solve this problem.tq

i have found the problem......you shouldn't install any after market software,you should only let the windows detect and install the driver automatically and use the windows bluetooth connection box than it works.hope helps others who are having this problem.
