Hi all,

I just upgraded my BB Desktop from 4.6 to 4.7. After the upgrade, each time i plug in my BB Bold to sync, the BB Desktop will always show "Task In Progress" - Checking for device application update, Please wait..."


Thereafter, it willshow Application Update Available - Blackberry 4.6 System Software, when i click Update Now, after a while of updating, it will shows;

Error - A fatal error has ocurred while updating your device software. Pls try again.

Thereafter after i cancel, then it could continue to sync my BB with my Outlook.

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue.

have you tried a battery pull then seeing if it will work?
