Hi, i tried to install blackberry simulator "BlackBerry_Email_MDS_4.1.2.17". After running mds, the simulator (8700g-Blue) doesn't show. In the installation notes there should be in menu " Go to Start -> Programs
-> Research In Motion -> Blackberry Device Simulators v4.1.2 ->Device Simulators v4.1.0.309-> 8700g-Blue." what should i do? I am using JDK 5 update 15.

No that i can help you but what does the simulator do?

The simulator you have listed is not a standalone app (you have already figured that out). If you closely read the RIM website, you will find out that there are about four programs required to run the simulator. I am not on my development machine and I installed the simulator a long time ago so I don't remember exactly what programs are required, but if you read the FAQ's and "Requirements" yo will find the answer.

The MDS simulator is NOT the device simulator. You will need to download the device simulator separately.
