Moving From BES Admin to Cingular

Good Morning:
This is something I never that woul dhappen. I have a user who has the 7100 and when we first set him up he hated being on cingular so I added him to my BES Server. Well now that he is in a different office he wants to go back to cingular. Does anyone know how to go about doing this. I have a feeling it can't be too intense.
