Default Deleting Core Programs?

Please Login to Remove!

I am using BeWeather Pro and really do not have any use for the core Accuweather app that is pre-installed for the Z10.

Is there any way to delete the AccuWeather as I really do not need two weather apps .....

Touch and hold until the icons start throbbing. If there is a little trash can icon you can delete it.

At least for now it may come back when the device restarts, or you do an update. In that case you may want to create a folder for unwanted apps.

I just checked and see the Accuweather app can't be deleted. So if you don't want to see it, create a folder and move it there.

Most carrier apps are garbage.

Junk folders work great. Keeps me to one home screen only.

Except that they have a 16-app limitation; then you have to create another one...kinda redundant if you ask me.

@ Knottyrope, can we put all carriers in a junk folder too?
