Default BlackBerry 10 - mail cannot sync

Please Login to Remove!

hi all,

i just setup blackberry service 10 and connect the blackberry Z10.
Wireless activation successfully done. everything look fine on calendar, contact, notes and task.

but just email cannot sync. in my outlook or web mail i see like below error.

anyone have any idea what going wrong?

Inheritance is disabled on the User Object in Microsoft Active Directory.After inheritance is enabled it is required to re-authenticate the configured account.

i already checked, the inheritance was enable. :(
In the log file i can see this error but still cannot find any solution.

<MDS-CS__MDS-CS_1>:<WARNG>:<LAYER = SCM, java.io.IOException message=An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host>

anyone have idea?

The log lines do not indicate any issue, this happens due to timeouts, disconnects with Geolocation service or when it closed the connection.

good then i can safely ignore the error.

i just noticed below warning in the event log but i saw some blog it also can ignore.

Could not connect to Service Control Manager at \\127.0.0.1: 1722
Unable to connect to Dispatcher 'xxx.com'

if yes then i really didn't see any other issue why my BBZ10 cannot sync email

The BlackBerry Controller could not connect to the BlackBerry Dispatcher and as a result, the BlackBerry Mail store, BlackBerry Policy and BlackBerry Synchronization services could not be started.

All my blackberry services are started successfully and SRP status also "Connected" without issue, this is want i cannot understand.

all sevices can be started and SRP connected ok but it still complain.

hi all,

Just some sharing, finally we found the issue. It was because of Exchange setting. The reason is our default domain name content wild card "*.abc.com" it is not allow.

solution: change the default domain to another "domain" or remove the wild card become "abc.com" then restart the IIS.
