Default whatsapp wont work

Please Login to Remove!

i am having a problem with whatsapp since i started using it via wifi. i keep getting errors such as sync error and i am not able to change my status but i sometime i can send and recieve msgs help me plz.

Offhand I'd say it sounds like your WiFi signal is cutting in and out. If your carrier is blocking BlackBerry data then WiFi is your only option and leaving a strong WiFi coverage area will cause the app to drop out.

If it's a wifi signal there is nothing for it but ton stay in a place with a strong signal. Email whatsapp support and see if it's an issue for anyone else.

I have had lots of problems with WhatsApp, different problems in different versions. Are you on a BES by any chance?

Whatapp is not working on my 9930 either.

It installed. Sync contacts. When I try to send messages all I get is the time clock....
