I'm excited to receive my new seido battery today. only downfall i've heard of since its aftermarket. the bars on the phone and the option>status>battery often don't match up. This is why i like oem but im willing to overlook that for an increase in battery performance.

I've only had the curve a few days so i don't really know how well the battery actually does but never the less the oem battery will serve me as a back up battery.

(how long will an oem battery that is fully charged then removed to be used as storage keep that charge?) OR should it be stored with no charge at all?

you'll love your seido battery. i had some probs with the power bars as well, takes a while to get used too, but the tradeoffs are well worth the benefits. the 8830 is now in the my wifes hands.
