Hello. I am a new poster to this forum. I have a 7520 connected to a BES server. I also have setup an additional pop3 account via the nextel website. I receive both accounts just fine. The one thing I have yet to figure out if why can I not reply to the incoming pop3 account. When I click reply the send option is missing and I only have send draft.

Many people have the same issue, not sure if this is the default feature.

You need the BWC service book to send messages. You should be able to send yourself the service book if you login to your BWC account and go to Profile. There should be some buttons to send both Internet Service book and BlackBerry Web Client (all you need is the BWC one to solve this problem).
