BB 8320 Tmoible.

I have BIS plan w/ internet etc.

I sent just emails to my friends with no problem BUT when i m trying to send a pix and it seems forever (its not check, its struggle to send out for a while then red X mark..

How can i solve this problem?

I tried remove the battery but its not work.

HELP!

When you get the red X, open the sent mail and scroll up into the headers and see what it says the error is.

Not sure but if you don't have picture messages you might not be able to send them via email. This is a total guess, I could be completely wrong.

Are you emailing these pictures or are you sending them via MMS?

Its MMS with 8320 pix i snapped...yesterday i couldnt get it thru until last night it seems it gets about 10 mins to get it send thru to my friend..

I checked error it said unknow status.

Maybe its my pager act up..

It seems struggle to find connection, SOS, GSM, EGDE back forth...

How can i set firm connection ? i m not really good at it..

Maybe look at manage connect option and change option??

This is a wild guess........ do you have Aerize Card Loader 2008 installed on your BB?? If so, remove the application and you will be able to send MMS. Check your settings on your BB to see if MMS is set to always for reception and retrieval. If it is then I would resend your service books and restart your BB with a battery pull. Try that then get back to us...

Also if this a new phone or just recently switched T-Mo advises that you send two picture messages to yourself first to get the picture messaging to register on their network and then should be working from there....give that a shot

it seems now it gets about 3-6 mins to send a pix thur sned as Email and Send as MMS too. Never had this problem in past until recenlty. GRRR!

I pulled the battery and does nothing.

Aerize Card Loader 2008- I never installed it myself. just in case where can i find it? if i found it i ll delete it.

I bought it a year ago.

Having service issues, no signal, low signal, etc., will all hamper your ability to send MMS.

I guess to call a darn t mobile then ?? to check out if my home local service is mesed up (down) hehe?

I just test send a pix of myself by curve and send to my pager and it turns red after 4 mins as error as status....

I set options network connect only mobile by manage connections

Do you have a Data Plan on your account?

In your Service Books (Options > Advanced > Service Books) do you have:
-MMS Client [MMS]
-MMS Transport [WPTCP]

if not, you need to resend Service Books from your carrier BIS site.

I called and they said in my area theres outdage and will be up soon...soo its issue with pictures send thru Email and MMS and SMS.
