Default Syncing Blackberry Bold 9900 with Outlook 2003

I have a BB9900 just upgraded to the latest operating system and DTM 7.1.0.41. I run Outlook 2003 on my Compaq running Windows 7. I cannot sync my Contacts or Calendar - though I can sync Notes/Memos. Can anyone help?

The easiest thing to do is upgrade Outlook to 2007 or 2010. Do not upgrade to 2013.
