my curve 8330 locked up the other day. i pulled the battery out and when i re-installed it i could not get on the tv, i called sprint and they said it was a problem with mobitv website, i then called mobi and they said the error that was showing up [error 404] was a sprint code. i have the icon for tv but when i click on it it says that the page could not be found, everything else works fine any ideas on what i could try or do thanks

I'm having the same problem. I had to wipe my old OS because of chronic rebooting. Now that I installed it, everything else seems to work, but not Sprint TV. Hopefully someone will have an idea of where to start. Thanks in advance!

Me three. I assumed the problem was the latest 5.0 OS release. Maybe not?

I use it to keep my two year old busy in resturants, so I am pissed that it doesn't work AGAIN. I pay $120 a month for this crap.

i had to call into sprint and they connected me to the blackberry tech and what he did was send me a email with a link to mobitv i then downloaded it and the tv works once again the actual link was
