as a linux user i was really happy to read this:

although its pretty ambiguous, just the thought makes me happy. I can see it now not have to use visualization to sync my blackberry. And ya i know about all there other ways to do so but it would still be great to see some support from blackberry for other platforms then windows in every respect.
