Default still having issues with 2.0

Please Login to Remove!

After the first initial installation the android part didn't work. I could download android applications but they wouldn't run. So I performed a secure wipe and reinstalled OS 2.0 again.

Android works now!

The problem are with contact and video chat. I have my the following emails accounts associated to my PB:

Exchange
Hotmail
Linkedin
Facebook

In contacts when I started going through all my contacts I realized there were some I didn't have on my Linkedin page that were showing up as being on Linkedin, so I hit the "connect" button beside the Linkedin icon. I receive notices in my outlook that so-and-so has accepted you invite however it never updates on my PB contact list.

Video Chat; previously before I wiped my device I had a guy from work on my VC list. I noticed seeing him after the first load of OS 2.0 however after the second load I and after I added him to my contacts and added his email to video chat (the email he uses on his video chat) the PB doesn't seem to communicate with RIM and show when he's online, we have both tried from own home networks to connect while talking over the phone both us get "user unavailable".

Not to mention his contact info won't update with his Linkedin once I added him through the web.

So there seems to be some bugs in the OS. I hope RIM addresses them soon!

A.

Default Re: still having issues with 2.0

I am having the same issue. I have searched Crackberry and these forums and this is the first I have seen posted. I have several contacts on Linkedin I know I am connected to but the contacts list on my playbook is not updating this list. I can find no way to force a synch. I even tried deleting and readding my Linkedin account. Nothing. I'm happy, at least, to find this is an OS issue and not something wrong with my individual OS/account.
