Default update my OS

Please Login to Remove!

hey yall

im trying to update from 190 to 210
i did all the steps required ( installing DM, installing the update, deleting the vendor )

but its not picking up that i need an update
i tried goin to update software on DM still not reading the update

i tried it on DM 4.7 and 4.6 samething?

any idea?

Run the loader.exe file manually. Also, make sure that there is no vendor.xml file anywhere on your PC.

You can use DM 4.7 to upgrade to .210. You just need to make sure you delete the vendor.xml from your computer.

What I've found works for me is that once the OS has been installed on the PC and the Vendor file deleted, I then reboot my PC. Then I proceed with the install using DM 4.7 and I've had no issues at all.

Sounds like the OP just missed the Loader.exe step as suggested by mckinneycm above. At least they did not indicate this in the original post.
