Default Sync Tour to PC

Have no problems with sync BB 9630 to Outlook 2010 using Blackberry Desktop Software v6.1.0.35 in Windows 7, but I notice there are other sync options in additions to Outlook. The other options are ASCII, Yahoo and Windows 7. Do you know what is option Windows 7, and how do I find the sync files (Contacts, Calendar, etc for Windows 7? Also, why is G mail/Google also not included as an option similar to Yahoo?
