Default Damn...

So, I just upgarded to OSv.3.7 (had been holding off for a few reasons, but I was bored and decided to do it). I also installed the latest version of the desktop manager. Now that everything is done, I can send emails anymore. I can still receive, and I can send PIN's and SMS, but I can't send - it gives me the "No email services, please connect to your PC" message, even though I've already connected to my PC (many times).

Anybody have any ideas what the hell is going on and how I can fix it??

Thanks in advance!

Are you using BlackBerry WebClient? If so, you will need to log into your account and push down a new service book. If you are not using BWC, let me know.

I put 4.0 in mine, and needless to say, I have all service books, yet no browser :( AT&T told me to uninstal it using the PC and reinstal it, so once it comes up I'll see if it worked or not........

Still no f**king browser. ugh AT&T pisses me off, they blow their customers off too much. Well, I guess back to the phone with them I go. No wonder they got a 2 out of 5 star for customer service by JD Power.

Anyoen got any ideas?

You looking for the WAP browser? If so, that is also a service book. If you do not have that service book, request that AT&T push it down again. If they say they do not know how, ask them to speak to their supervisor.

I love how everything is pushed down, and nothing is pulled/downloaded ;)

They've been pushing. FINALLY I just wiped everything, reinstalled os4, got my service books again, only to learn that I forgot to register on the network now it works. I always miss the small details lol. Emergency averted ;)
