I have a user with a 7510 on BES 3.6SP3 who is getting a indicator on her blackberry that there are 3 unread messages. There are no unread messages in her inbox, and if she hits u on the Blackberry, it confirms there are no unread messages. Any ideas on how to solve this? Rebooting the Blackberry didn't help.

check her saved messages and see if theres any messages in there that are un opened

scroll up to the date at the very top, click on date and select mark prior unread.

it could also be a filed message (which may be set not display in the regular inbox)

If that doesnt work, it could be corrupted messages. Clear the messages dataabse and start over again
