Default BB 8800 OS question

Please Login to Remove!

Will the OS used in the 8820 be different from the current 8800's OS?

Thanks.

I am considering the 8820 but don't really need wifi. If the 8800 is going to have the same OS and the only added functionality is wifi I will just go for the 8800 most likely.

Oh, thanks again...I rambled.

That would be appreciated. Apple and its lockdown is ticking me off so much that I am still mulling selling my iPhone to go back to the BB. It would be sweet if the OS was the same as I bet I can get a good deal on an 8800 with the new 88XX comes out with wifi in the states.

Right now the 8820 is on OS 4.2.2 and the 8800 is on OS 4.2.1.

How hard is it to update the OS?
