I don't get my audible alert anymore when I get e-mail if I use the screen lock button (upper left side of BB) on my Storm. I don't know why because I used to get the audible alert and I can't figure out how to restore the alert. I've searched this forum and saw one other user with a similar problem but there was no solution lised.

Anyone have any suggestions?

have you hit the mute button by mistake?

I don't have a Storm so I am not positive on the button configuration. Some quick reading also brought up this possible solution:

Apparently the speedlight ringtone is defective so changing to a different tone may solve this issue for you
