I have 2 folders on my yahoo account which I want to receive mail from: 1) my inbox folder; and 2) another folder that I created in Yahoo. How do I get the email from the 2nd folder to be forwarded to the blackberry?

Please advise in plain english.

I tried to look up the instructions on the BB, but from step 2 I was stuck. What the heck is a "message list"?

Maybe you could start, in what reference was the "message list" made?
Where did you find instructions for doing this on the BB? What was Step 1?

Sorry for the questions. I am new to blackberry period. Not even a month yet. Here's the thing:

I have 2 folders on my yahoo account. The inbox folder is already going into the blackberry. This was set up by the salesperson. I have a 2nd folder that I also want to go to the blackberry.

Do I need to go to the computer to do this? What's the URL?

Nick, I think your Yahoo account will only push email from only the one folder, the main one. If it will check two folders, I don't know it.

That is why I was asking what directions you found on the BB, in case there was something of which I am not aware.

The section of the BB curve I'm talking about is:

Help on home screen; then
email messages; then
email message folders;then
add, change, or delete an email message folder;then

a message appears as follows:

"you can add, change, or delete the email message folder in the email application on your computer. If wireless email reconciliation is turned on, your blackberry device receives changes that you make to the email message folder on your computer over the wireless network.

If wireless email reconcilation is turned off or is not available for your device, reconcile the changes using the email settings tool of the blackberry desktop manager. See the blackberry desktop software online help for more information about email reconciliation.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem yet? I also have multiple folders setup in my yahoo email account, but i'm only receiving messages from the inbox on my bb.

I'm pretty sure that section of Help is referring to BES mail only. AFAIK BIS (Yahoo, etc.) only does Inbox, Sent, and Deleted mail. I'd love to find a way to sync all Yahoo folders too, but I don't think it's possible.
