Hello,

I'm new to the BB and I received mine yesterday, I don't have a media player icon when I launch Desktop Manager, I've even downloaded the latest update (SP2) on BB's website and same problem.

Also I've install Windows Live Messenger from my device's shortcut on the desktop and it installed fine however when trying to login I get the following error:

Handheld does not have the required service books. Please visit http://www.blackberry.com/livemessenger

But this site doesn't help at all.
