No Sir. It only said its purpose is for administrative configuration. No update yet as to when you guys are going to get BIS v2.5.

BIS v2.5 tonight in APAC.

I have not seen a North American maintenance outage stating specifically BIS 2.5, but I suspect it is coming, as one of the AsiaPacific maintenances for this weekend does specifically deal with "BlackBerry Internet Service v2.4 upgrade to v2.5" and "BlackBerry Internet Service v2.5 - feature activation".

We can't be that far behind.

Am I reading this right? Starts at 2 AM and end at 6 AM EDT but only affects 30 mins? Shouldn't be 4 hours?

I think the keyword is "window", that means it can start anytime from 2am EDT to 5:30am and still be able to finish before or at 6:00am EDT

^^That is correct. You will see them vary in the duration of service impact from 10 minutes to over an hour, and usually in that same window for North America.

Neither my wife nor I have gotten emails since about 6 PM Eastern last night. Still nothing. Seems to be well outside the proposed window.

Is there some other issue? She's on AT&T and I'm on Verizon. Both are managed by our companies and we work for different companies (both use BES).

I wonder why a company based in North America would upgrade the North American BB servers last??

And, I am guessing the larger user base is here in NA. Upgrade the smaller user base first as a testing ground.
