You should be able to do it with the "setup internet email" icon on the phone or you can go to TMobile, login and use the setup internet email link there.

You go to Set-up Email.
Then login.
Select Email and then hit delete.

I just did it last night.

Default Removing your personal email account from your company AT&T BB 8800

I read this thread looking for a way that I could remove my personal email account from pushing email to my company 8800 (...way too many emails!). While I finally stumbled onto the correct solution by applying the advice in the thread, I thought I would give you my "lessons learned" so that you need not have to do the heavy lifting. First, select the Email Wizard Setup icon (it's the one marked "Setup" with a graphic that denotes email - you may have to unhide by selecting "show all" under Menu). Under Personalization, select "Email Setup". (Now from here on, you have faith that I am not misleading you.) Select "Email Setup" and select the radio button for "I want to create or add an email address", then <Next>. The following screen will read: "After you click next, the email setup site opens." Select <Next> and the AT&T website is opened (Blue & White globe with "at&t"). The next screen will give you the option to add, delete, or edit. Select delete. The next screen will list all the personal email accounts that you added to the AT&T mobile phone system specifically for your BB8800. Select the one(s) that you want to delete and you are finished. The Setup Wizard will remain open, but at this point you can simply exit out via the Menu. I hope this is helpful to the next person wanting to remove their personal email accounts from their BB8800.
