All,
Installed Yahoo Messenger with no problems, but when I try to log on an error message appears stating that this service is not activated. Data Plan is present on the phone...any known reason why this would happen?

BB Messenger works fine, so I can't understand why this is the case...

Also, is there a way to integrate BB Messenger with other IM services? Is this a proprietary service that only works with other BB Messenger subscribers?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated...

Not sure about the Yahoo issue.

BBMessenger cannot be integrated with anything else.

Have you tried a hard reset by pulling the battery for a few seconds with the BB powered on. Replace the battery and re send the service books.

I believe AT&T does not allow the Yahoo Messenger service on Blackberry. If you search the forum there are steps to add the service back.
