Just installed the full 109 and now my mms problem is back, I can't send pictures.

Getting some strange problems in .109, such as not being able to delete contacts. Rebooting now.

i sent a picture that was saved and it came across as a black square, snapped a pic and sent that and it sent fine via MMS. I am having a bad lag issue now doing a battery pull.

I had a problem with my media not showing up after adding to the media card with 4.7.0.103 but now they show up again and the system seems to run a little faster.

Download the link that troy gave us and do the upgrade Just like you would do any other update. There is a sticky of how to in almost every device specific forum. Upgrading Storm OS The only difference really is you don't have to delete the vendor.xml file because beta doesn't have it.
