I ordered this morning and it processed my order. Hopefully I'll get mine soon!
I ordered mine the first day of its release last Friday and I got the same message, too. However it did arrive today. No rush order or anything.

Ordered mine on Friday at 10:30am. Was repeatedly told yesterday and today that it will ship no later than today (even though I paid for overnight shipping) and to call back for a tracking number. Each time a different customer service rep with a different answer. I was informed about a half an hour ago that mine phone will not ship today and the warehouse is closed till tomorrow. That would have nice to know two days ago! I am fed-up with the customer service reps and getting the run around.

dont know what warehouse urs is at but mine is open shipped today will be here tomorrow i ordered thursday night he took my info, got confirmation email at 1130am friday (telesales)

Hey everyone got my Storm TODAY and LOVE IT! Its awesome, and I am not experiencing any troubles or lag issues like most every has stated. I am in love with this device! In my opionion its better then the Apple iPhone

I ordered mine over the phone on Friday. I was told that I would get it today (Tuesday). The CSR forgot to give me an order number so I called back to get one on Sunday and was told that I was given incorrect information, that I would not get my phone until Dec 5th. That didn't sit well with me so I ask for a supervisor to call me. I received a call yesterday from a supervisor and she too said that the phone was out of stock and it could be shipped anywhere between yesterday and the 5th. I also received an email asking me what they could do for me as a customer, I replied get me my phone.

i just checked my verizon bill and the cost of the phone was added to the online bill pay section. About 20 minutes ago i receieved an email saying "We're Processing your order"... does that mean that it will ship out of the warehouse today?

If so i will be sure to call VZW telesales in the afternoon to get tracking information.

btw when i called yesterday i was told that mine would ship out on or before the 5th.

The phone is out of stock. It will get to you. Get up early next time on a release like this.

Ordered my phone on Friday via the phone. Was surprised to be woken up today by my cell phone ringing (at 7:45am mind you).

Good morning Mr. White, just letting you know your tracking info.

I was given the tracking number, and she told me that she pulled it up and it would be delivered on Friday (Damn holiday!!!)

lol....

There's still hope for you other guys, b/c I called last night for my order status and was told I was in the 12/5 bracket. ugh.... That was around 8:30pm last night, and my phone was already on it's way to me....

It's obvious that the customer service people you talk to, either don't know what they're talking about, or just really don't care...

Personally now I think they don't know anything until the tracking number has been posted and they're able to pull it up through Fedex.....

Either way, really happy to see it on the way. Was worried it would be Xmas before I actually got to hold it...

This whole ordeal sucks. I still have yet to hear back from the rep who I called yesterday. I ordered mine at 9:45am on Friday and was promised a yesterday ship date. I am going to call back tonight. If I don't get a tracking # and it's not enroute I am cancelling my order and shopping for a new carrier.
