i downloaded the latest version of the desktop manager of the blackberry site. but when i try to install it it unzips, and then get stuck. cant do anything with my pc then. so i have to shut of the power. anyboddy an idea??
btw i got windows XP

what version are you trying to install?

Are you unzipping it first before you try to install? If not, unzip the file, then run the installer itself, not the zip file.
