Blackberries keep dying

I am wondering if anyone has had the same problems that i am seeing.
I have a lot of blackberries (7290s) that are using 4.1.0.292 that are continuously dying. They will shut off randomly then will come back on for a few minutes. The 7290s are continuing in the cycle until they are replaced. Has anyone else noticed these things?
