I have Lotus Domino 8.5 with BES 5.03

I am getting error in lotus domino screen

and its coming frequently

so any one faced this issue or know any resolution.

I don't know Lotus Notes, but if I google the error, I find, for example:

IBM Domino server crashes on nBES task with Bad BBlock handle - United States

In the end it comes down to upgrade Lotus and BES to the latest patches.

NBES process is the Domino add-in task for the BES. Domino is telling that it has terminated abnormally. What is the BES version? If it is older version, upgrade to the latest version and see if the issue goes away. Otherwise, that means something in your Domino environment may not be right and cause BES to silently crashed.

You may want to use ADPlus or WinDBG to capture the dump file and submit to RIM for analysis!
