HI All,

I want to know how to configure PROXY in BES for set of users only, and for some they should access internet directly from ther device without hiting to proxy.

BES users currently not able to access internet, I have not configured proxy in MDS service. though there Data plan include the internet as well. Why they are not able to access from there BB device ?

Proxy is configured per MDS-CS service, so applies to all BES users associated with it. I see no options at user level.

Use PAC file to control who gets direct, who gets redirect to proxy? But then, you cannot configure MDS to authenticate on behalf of users using a generic account.
