I just got a 8830 on Friday (Verizon). So far, I love it, but I am unable to import my Outlook contacts.

The directions I have are:

Import contacts to the Blackberry:
From your computer, connect to the Blackberry Internet Service website and log in to your account.
Click the Address Book link.
On the navigation bar, click Import.
Click Browse.
In the Choose File window, browse to the location where you saved the .csv file in step 8 above. Click that file, then click Open.
Click Add. Your contacts should now appear in your Blackberry Internet Service address book.

HOWEVER, on the site, I do not have an Address Book link. Any suggestions??

I'm definitely logged in. My email account info is there (gmail and outlook from work) but no link to add my address book. I don't get it.

You have to use Desktop Manager to sync your BB with Outlook calendar and contacts on your PC. DM should have been included on the CD that came with your BB.

You can't access contact info on the BIS site. I think you could add them to the older version of BIS (1.8?) but since ver 2.0, you can't.
