Default BB Z10 stucked at agreement screen

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
I just received delivery of the Z10. but It has refused to activate for the first time via wifi, it gets stuck at the ''agreement'' page for a long the and tells me ''unable to connect to the network, please try changing your settings''...what do I do please? cos am very sure my wifi works well, it works with other devices that I've connected except my Z10

Sounds like you aren't connected properly to the WiFi...

MY wifi works well, other devices are connected to it. can the device be activated via a mobile network since I wifi dosn't seem to be working? cos I have a sim that has a data plan on it?

If you have a data plan as you say, it should work with no further intervention.

And if it is connected with your Wifi, you don't even need a SIM card.
