What are y'alls thoughts on this?

I'm thinking about recording the MSL. ESN, MDN and IMSI_S numbers of each BB of my users. Is it possible to look up some or all of these numbers in BES?

Or should is it even necessary because if a device is lost or stolen my wireless provider should have all that info anyway? Also, I don't want to save those numbers if I don't have to because of their sensitive nature, right?

yes you can. BlackBerry Manager console, right click on the username > edit properties > BlackBerry Device (read only) > serial number
