I went into email set up and I do not remember my user name or password. It gives me the option to get my password but I cannot find out how to reset or find out what my user name is. When I type in what I think is my user name and password, I get the message that the information has been sent to my blackberry device but when I check there is nothing in either of my email addresses.

The best way I've found is to do this online at the Sprint.blackberry website. There you can edit message footers and send service books easier.

You need to call your carrier and have them reset the information for you.
