Having huge problems! :(

Just had our first daughter a week ago and have been taking little pictures of her... as you do - and I've hooked up my bold 2 with the USB cable, but it doesnt give me the option of accessing the files... how do I access them?

Thanks!

RB

ps I've emailed some - but its taking forever!

check these settings:

options > memory > Mass Storage Mode Support
options > memory > Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected

try a different USB port.
make sure it's not a hub.
try a different cable.
try a different PC.

once you narrow down where the problem lies, it's easier to fix.

Wirelessly posted

Try to install the driver again otherwise uninstall the device manager and install again.
