On the bb bold, is it possible to customize the first 6 shortcuts that are available? (the ones you see from the main screen before hitting the button to expand and see all choices) I was wanted to move the sms shortcut up there since I use it so frequently.
Yes. Highlight the SMS icon, press the menu key and select Move. Then move it to the top row of icon (first 6) and it will then show on your main screen.

From the home screen, click on the menu button to bring up all the shortcuts. You'll see that the top 6 are the ones that appear on the home screen. So from here, highlight the one you want to move and click the menu button and select "move", then move it to the position you want it at and press the trackball.
