When replacing my screen I accidentally ripped the flex cable for the MUTE and LOCK buttons. I've searched everywhere and I cant find a replacement.
Part number on the cable is PCB-18126-001
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

i had contact horizon and they told don't have that's part,

i confuse where i can buy that cable to,why rim not complete send the part to them

if you look on ebay for a Bezel that includes the buttons it will be under there. i had the same issue wasted 2 flex cables....ARRGHHH but now my device works fine

they dont have any

i was only able to obtain it by buying a bezel from a seller that was selling it with the top(lock and mute) buttons included. it was HARD TO take off without tearing.

try pdasmart.com at around 30 bucks of fonlogix.com can't seem to find seperate..may need to purchase a midplate which it is stuck to..
