I uninstalled docs to go to see if it would help with the Alltel mms. I didn't help but want it docs to go back. I don't have it in my list of programs to install. What is the name of it so I can browse to it?

I shows that I have already installed it and wants to charge me download insurance or download trial to full version. I only want standard version. Where did you go on there to download it?

Docs To Go is included in the handheld OS version 4.5
I assume you have 4.5, because you *had* docs to go.

Just launch desktop manager and start the Application Loader in it.
Check off the box for Documents To Go and it should install in your handheld.

I don't have it on the list. It's like it installed during 4.5 and that was it after I deleted it from the phone.

Is the key to reinstall 4.5 to the pc so that docs to go will reinstall? Will this reinstall 4.5?

Yes, you want OS 4.5 on your PC so you can re-load Docs To Go on your device.
If the version of OS 4.5 you put on your PC is newer than what is currently on your device, you'll be prompted to upgrade the version on your device.
(Do that.)
Make sure you check off Documents To Go in the Application Loader when you upgrade.
