Default WIfe loves BB

Yup its true. My lovely wife has decided the BB internet is very useful to have on tap anywhere.

I spent the day at the Mall in DC. Blackberry Maps was extremely helpful when looking for some addresses downtown. My lovely wife has decided internet and the BB is a great thing. She has questions, I have answers.

PS-American Indian musuem is nice, not very crowded.

I'm happy for you virtualman. But I'm looking for someone who loves me for me. Not because I have a huge BlackBerry data plan.

Does the BB make a good backscratcher or does it get too sweaty?

Count yourself lucky that she's so fond of the Blackberry, mine is shunned from the bedroom at night.

I'm with the group that wishes they're girl didn't mind the BB. I'm under strict orders to turn mine to silent w/ only ring thru for family and work (i work for the FD so 24/365 gotta love it). I had a Q when we first met so it wasn't constantly buzzing/ringing because it couldn't fetch email properly, so she didn't mind.

Odd thing is? Sometimes she gets more SMS's than I do anything, so I think i'm going to start complaining! She's got some cheap Cingular phone maybe thats where the diff is?

I've owned 18 different cell phones this year. Does that qualify me as a chick who likes gadgets? I used to drive an F150, but I like F250s, also. Just don't pull up in a Chevy. ;)

I am, however, married and unfortunately he isn't into tech stuff. But, thankfully, he's grown accustomed to my little addiction. I leave my blackberry on the kitchen counter at night, but only because it needs to stay out of reach of my dogs. One of them enjoys chewing on cell phones. In any case, I seriously doubt hubby will ever be into phones like I am. I keep talking about his upcoming upgrade and he keeps telling me he likes his phone (an unlocked, unbranded blue V3). I don't understand. He's had it six months. He's not ready for a new one?

Oh, well. There's probably really only room for one tech addict in the house anyway.

I feel that I've got to speak up in the BB's defense. It's like guns. Guns don't kill people, it's people with guns who kill people. In other words, perhaps it isn't the BB they hate, but rather how it is being used by...

My wife loves my BB too, but for a different reason...

It gets me off of the home computer so she can use it.
