Default Moving applications between Home screen and Applications folder

Please Login to Remove!

Is there any way to move the apps between the Home screen and the Applications folder? On my 8700c I got a couple of games and they were placed in the Applications folder. On the 8100 they sit in the Home screen, and I would like to move them...

The original Cingular one. Seems to be the fastest and easiest to read for me...

No, it is not possible to move icons from any folder to the main screen. You have to change to a theme that puts everything on the home screen. My favorite is dimension zen.

Edit: You can't move them from the main screen to another folder either.

not exactly sure which folder you're talking about, but i guess i'd mention the obvious... you can use the "organize applications" feature in the apps menu to pull the game icons on the home screen down to below the top five. i'm not sure which theme ships with cingular or if it's any different from the tmo version, which i am referring to.

He's running the Cingular theme that shows all the icons on the home screen. That theme doesn't have an 'Organize Applications' icon.

The cingular theme is different than the tmo theme. You can't move the apps from one folder to another, period. It's not possible.

Thanks guys, I guess I might play around with other themes a little bit. Just have to find one that is as readable as the default one, which proved impossible for me on the 8700c...
