Default 8100 FCC Posting with Pictures

Please Login to Remove!

I got it from Engadget Mobile

8100 FCC Link

Shows pictures of the case, and some closeups of the sides. Check it ASAP and save the PDF, RIM already put out a request for the FCC to take those pictures off yesterday. Probably just a matter of time.

Not up yet...I don't work for Engadget so I can not post myself, I have to send the story to one of the people that work there and they post.

it does support obex, but for security purposes you have to click on a trusted device and say receive bluetooth, then it will open up and you send from the other device, this way no one can send you a file without you directly saying receive bluetooth from _____

Default keypad on 8100

Hey, has anyone else noticed that in the internal pics from the fcc site, it seems that the individual keys are split in half?
I don't know if this is different from the current 7100 keypad or not?
Does anyone know?
If it is, could that mean you can select a specific letter by pressing one side of the key?

Maybe a dumb question, but just wondering if anyone knows....

Thanks!
