Hi, again, (if you read my other post) I have posted this on another forum, but no harm in keeping my options open....
I'm a tad baffled.
I'm trying to log into my BIS online with O2, although I had made a typo, I was able to get my password sent to my device, having entered my PIN in the reminder section.
I've tried to log into my BIS account, but i get a message saying I have entered an incorrect username and or password.
I have tried logging in using the following.
username
pin
all with the password which was sent to my Bold.
I have the email set up on my phone as
and have sent a test email from the phone to an external email address which was received without issue, I've also replied to that email, and again, it was received on my device.
Does anyone have any ideas? btw, I have tried logging on via
BlackBerry Internet Service and
https://bis.eu.blackberry.com but still nothing
Any thoughts?
