Hi all,

I have the exact same problem as this fellow had:

bes-admin-corner/256760-dispatcher-service-missing-after-5-0-3-upgrade.html

I upgraded to 5.0.3 and none of the users were able to connect. I then tried to restart the BB controller, Router, Dispatcher, MDS connection, and Attachment service. That is when I noticed there was no dispatcher service.

I tried to run the 5.0.3 installation again, but in the additional components I do not see the Dispatcher service.
Just the following:
Blackberry administration
-Blackberry Admin Service
-Blackberry Web Desktop Manager
Blackberry Attachment Service
Blackberry MDS Connection Service
Blackberry Router

Unfortunately no one answered him ..

any chance I could get some help?
