hi all, having a few problems, new bb 9320 curve< using web site : us.blackberry.com/software/desktop/desktop-pc.html

But cant it to work on a windows 7 64 bit pc, can download the file and save or even run, go through the start & set up procedure, puts the icon on my d'top, open the icon or i should say, simply says (not responding), tried over the weekend, downloaded - tried then deleted and started again, done this about 6-8 times and no joy, so if any one knows of a working link where i can access the pc software, i would be very gratefull

The problem doesn't sound like the link. You've downloaded. And even sounds like you installed. Not sure what has happened, but if you've downloaded from blackberry.com, you are good so far as that goes.
