No, but "Blackberry Browser" is usually for BES users. "Internet Browser" is for everyone else. Which one are you trying?

I think I would call Cingular and have all your provisioning checked out. Many times there are settings they have to enable on their end and all the fiddeling in the world on your end isn't going to make it work. I would talk to them and then post back what happens.

Yeah, sorry....I would sigh too. I just don't have any more ideas for you. maybe someone else will come along with something the rest of us have missed. Do other sites work with the browser?

I'm out of ideas. I'm a TMobile guy so I don't know as many ins and outs with Cingular. I'm leaning toward the fact that something isn't provisioned correctly with Cingular. As long as you have a "Blackberry Data Plan" you should have Internet Browser access. Email works?

I think you need to call Cingular again....as much as you don't want to hear it. The only other thing I can think of is TCP Settings but I don't think you need those for the browser, only 3rd party software and you have that working already. I'm out of ideas. Wish I could help....

my browser is fine but my cingular media net doesnt work - it says - "a comm failure has occured, if problem continues please contact your service provider" !!!
that sucks
I incidently upgraded my desktop/device software a few days ago - could that be the problem?
My email and browser work fine though - go figure
