I need to resend my service books. Something happened to my login for BIS so it won't let me in and when I try to use my PIN to resend password it says there was an error sending the information to my device.

Is there another way to pull my service books?

contact your service provider, sounds like you have been barred/relay provisioning removed.

The carrier can send them or you can resend from BIS. That's about it.

Only certain servers are down. But you just have to wait till they get them up and running.

Servers seem to be back up. I was finally able to login.

I was disappointed by the outage, I really thought that RIM had gotten it together after the fumbles last year with outages.
