Good afternoon all,
I am currently running BES 4.1.6 and have several users connected. I did a wipe of a unit the other day and activated it on the BES, it was a Curve 8330. Everything seemed to go fine with the activation, however I noticed that only email from that date forward are on the unit now. I was under the impression that it was supposed to load the last 30 days worth or 750 messages. It there a way to push the older messaes to the unit?

Hey Sherrera,

This user was an exisitng user on the BES?

If so remove them and reactivate them, that will prompt prepopulation to occur again.

Usually Prepopulation is not 30days though. its about 7 and 250messages unless you have changes the default values

Maybe you could upgrade the OS and then they can search for an email.

I had just done that a few hours before. That when this started, right after I reactivated. This user was on our Trial BES and I rebuilt the BES to a full lienced version. We were having some issues so I wiped it and reactivated. Thats when all the older emails were wiped off the unit and did not come back.
